Chamblee UMC has a beautiful, large campus in the middle of a community inside Atlanta's Perimeter. There is a desire to be a "Home in the City." A place of refuge in the midst of busyness and bustle. The church has a long and wonderful history so the desire is to update the look and feel without losing the family and warmth that draws people in. Because of its central, highly visible campus Map services (ie Google, etc) produce much traffic. Some of the design elements play with this dynamic to include map pins and markers.
